SpineGuard Reports on Its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of June 30, 2022

The shareholders present or represented were holding 7,847,972 shares representing a quorum of 25.14%.

All the resolutions of this Annual General Meeting were adopted with the exception of the 17^th resolution as recommended by the Board of Directors.
