Last week, Vulcan Energy Resources gave a tour of its sites in Insheim, Karlsruhe and the DLE demo plant in Landau, which is currently being constructed. We are confident that Vulcan has gathered the right staff to seize the opportunity of the current political environment towards geothermal energy and the future demand for lithium production in Europe. At the same time, the road to a start of production might get bumpy, as the recent delay of the timeline to the end of 2025 shows. Nevertheless, Vulcan’s activity is picking up momentum. The company works on multiple fronts to drive the project with feasibility studies under way. Based on our model, our PT remains at AUD 20.00, equivalent to EUR 13.10, and we reiterate to BUY.
