VERIANOS adjusts earnings forecast for fiscal year 2022 Cologne, 2 December 2022 - VERIANOS SE has adjusted its forecast for the consolidated net income and now expects a slightly reduced result for the 2022 fiscal year compared to 2021. The reason for the adjustment is the postponement of transactions to the next year, which results in the deferral of planned management fees and investment income to the following year. Previously, the company had expected a significantly improved result after tax.

Regardless of the expected decline in earnings, the company has sufficient liquid funds to be able to react quickly to investment opportunities and is in the advanced stage of evaluating investments in its three core markets Germany, Spain, and Italy.
