Mannheim, 6December 2022 – PAUL Tech AG as issuer of the bonds 7% 20/25 (ISIN: DE000A3H2TU8 / WKN: A3H2TU; "Bonds") informs about the fact that it has
resolved to increase the maximum aggregate principal amount of the Bonds to EUR 35 million. The increase of the maximum issue volume is expected to become effective on
7 December 2022. Currently, the aggregate principal amount of the notes issued under the Bonds amounts to a total of EUR 28 million.
