The Social Chain AG: Inaugural Meeting of the Supervisory Board and appointment of Dr Georg Kofler as new CEO

 

Berlin, January 19, 2023 –Today, the supervisory board of The Social Chain AG (WKN: A1YC99, ISIN:DE000A1YC996, Ticker: PU11) (the „Company“) has appointed Dr Georg Kofler as new CEO of the Company immediately after the inaugural meeting. The appointment has been made for a 36 calendar months term. The former CEO Mr Wanja Soeren Oberhof has resigned from office with immediate effect.

The supervisory board also appointed Ms Henrike Luszick as new chairwoman of the board. Mr Henning Giesecke was confirmed as deputy chairman of the supervisory board.
