Share capital increase following the exercise of stock options

The Board of Directors during its meeting of February 15, 2023 noted that from June 1st, 2022 to December 31, 2022, 172 840 new shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each had been issued pursuant to the exercise of stock options.

As a result, Air Liquide’s share capital effective immediately stands at:

2,878,976,490.50 euros

Divided into 523,450,271 shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
