MacDonald Mines Announces Resignation of President & CEO

TORONTO, March 30, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:BMK) (“MacDonald Mines” or the “Company”) announced today that Greg Romain has tendered his resignation from the positions of President & CEO and as a director of the Company to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Romain has offered to assist the Company with the transition to his successor. The Board of Directors will begin a search for a qualified candidate to succeed Mr. Romain and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
