Labrador Uranium Announces Results Following Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders
TORONTO, May 31, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Labrador Uranium Inc. (“Labrador Uranium”, “LUR” or the “Company”) (CSE: LUR, OTCQB: LURAF, FRA: EI1) is pleased to announce that
shareholders have approved all matters brought before the annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) held today, as outlined in the management information circular of the Company
prepared in connection with the Meeting. A special resolution approving the change of the Corporation’s name from “Labrador Uranium Inc.” to “Latitude Uranium Inc.” was also passed which is
expected to be effected following and conditional upon closing of the previously announced transaction (the “Arrangement”) involving the Company and ValOre Metals Corp.
