Worthington Enterprises Increases Quarterly Dividend by 6.25%
COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, which represents an
increase of $0.01 per share or 6.25 percent from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on September 27, 2024, to shareholders of record on September 13, 2024. The Company has paid a quarterly
dividend since its initial public offering in 1968.
Worthington Enterprises, a designer and manufacturer of market-leading brands that help enable people to live safer, healthier and more expressive lives, will hold its quarterly earnings conference call tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. ET.
