Verve Group SE: Closing of the Acquisition of Jun Group Stockholm, 31 July 2024: Verve Group SE ("Verve" or the "Company", ISIN: SE0018538068; ticker: VER / M8G) has concluded the closing of the acquisition of the mobile first digital advertising platform Jun Group. The acquisition is adding strong relationships with leading brands and media agencies in the United States and substantially strengthens the demand side business of Verve. Advantage received approximately €120 million in cash at close. As part of the purchase agreement, Verve will pay two additional installments in the amount of approximately €25 million each, 12 months and 18 months post-close.
