In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 5:00pm (AWST) Wednesday, 25 September 2024, being at least 45 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.

Pursuant to the Company's Constitution, nominations must be provided to the Company's registered office.

This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
