Annual General Meeting approves dividend of EUR 0.20 per share
Munich, May 12, 2025 – At today's Annual General Meeting of Siltronic AG, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board looked back on a challenging financial year 2024. The ongoing demand weakness, primarily due to increased inventory levels at customers and the resulting shifts in delivery volumes, will also impact the current financial year. Additionally, the ongoing uncertainties, mainly caused by U.S. tariff policies and corresponding countermeasures, could dampen the guided end-market demand and further delay the reduction of inventory levels.
In light of the expected development for the financial year 2025, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board proposed at the Annual General Meeting to distribute a dividend of
EUR 0.20 for the past financial year. The shareholders approved this proposal. As a result, a total of EUR 6 million will be distributed to the company's shareholders, which corresponds to a payout
ratio of nearly 10 percent of the consolidated profit attributable to Siltronic shareholders.
All agenda items were approved by the shareholders with a large majority. In total, 76.26 percent of Siltronic AG's share capital was represented at the Annual General Meeting. As planned, the term of office for Supervisory Board member Dr. Herrmann Gerlinger ended with the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting. With a majority of over 99.88 percent of the represented capital, Mr. Andreas Pecher was appointed as his successor to the Supervisory Board of Siltronic AG.
"We thank Dr. Gerlinger for his many years of dedicated service as a member of the Supervisory Board of Siltronic AG and are pleased to welcome Mr. Pecher to the Supervisory Board of Siltronic AG. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the semiconductor industry will be a great asset to us," said Dr. Tobias Ohler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siltronic AG.
