TEL AVIV, Israel, May 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), a global leader in application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, today announced that Glass Lewis, a leading independent proxy advisory firm, has recommended that stockholders vote “FOR” the compensation proposal for Radware’s president and chief executive officer at the Company’s upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the ”Extraordinary General Meeting” or the “Meeting”).
In its report, Glass Lewis found that the annual bonus and long-term equity incentives are appropriately aligned with both performance and prevailing market practices.
