Tenet Provides Update on Delayed Filing of Year-End 2024 Financial Results

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 13, 2025) - Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCQB: PKKFF) ("Tenet" or the "Company"), an innovative analytics service provider, owner and operator of the Cubeler® Business Hub, today announced that completing the audit of the Company's year-end 2024 financial statements (the "Financial Statements") would take longer than originally expected, in part due to the transition of the Company's operations in China and the impact on the Company's revenue, and the late start to the audit process affecting the availability of resources. The Company has now set the week of July 14, 2025 as the revised target date to complete the audit and filing of the Financial Statements following a recent meeting with the Company's auditors during which the matter was discussed.
