EON Resources Inc. Announces Special Conference Call Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:30 pm Eastern Time To Discuss $45.5 million of Funding and the Farmout Agreement

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / September 24, 2025 / EON Resources Inc. (NYSE American:EONR) ("EON" or the "Company") is an independent upstream energy company with 20,000 leasehold acres in the Permian Basin. The fields have a total of 750 producing and injection wells producing over 1,000 barrels of oil per day. The Company announced today that it will hold a special conference call to update and educate investors regarding the recent funding and horizontal drilling farmout agreement ("Farmout").

On September 9, 2025, EON closed on $45.5 million of funding with the simultaneous settlement of Seller obligations and retirement of senior debt, and the Farmout of San Andres rights for a horizontal drilling program.
