InfraRed Capital Partners appoints Dr. Oliver Meier to lead Frankfurt office

LONDON, Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- InfraRed Capital Partners ("InfraRed"), a leading international infrastructure asset manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Oliver Meier as a Managing Director, within its Capital Formation team, leading InfraRed's recently opened Frankfurt office. Oliver's appointment further enhances InfraRed's presence within Germany and across the DACH region.

Germany has long been an integral market for InfraRed, with an extensive base of investors, relationships, and investments. InfraRed made its first investment in Germany in 2016 as part of a consortium that built the 396MW Merkur offshore wind farm. Since then, InfraRed has made further investments across transport, renewables, and digital infrastructure, spanning core and value-add strategies. Oliver will lead InfraRed's Frankfurt office, focusing on developing and strengthening relationships with European investors, as InfraRed continues to see growing interest in its investment strategies and co-investment opportunities in the region.

Oliver joins InfraRed from Selinus Capital Advisors GmbH, where he served as Head of Alternative Investments Sales. In this role, he led the distribution team responsible for Infrastructure, Private Equity and Natural Resources throughout the DACH region. He managed capital raising for a wide range of infrastructure investments, including sector-specific and diversified fund strategies, as well as co-investments and direct investments.

Prior to his role at Selinus Capital Advisors, Oliver served as a Director in the Corporates & Markets division at Commerzbank AG. There, he was responsible for managing relationships with German and Austrian multinational corporates, as well as overseeing project and leveraged finance clients.
