Mr. Smith will take part in the Critical Mineral Supply Chain Development panel from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM ET on Thursday, October 23, 2025, alongside other industry executives. The discussion will address future energy and critical mineral demand, supply trends, and the intersection of mining and energy infrastructure. NioCorp management will also conduct 1x1 meetings with institutional investors and senior Maxim analysts during the event. The panel discussion will not be publicly broadcast.

NioCorp is developing a critical minerals project in Southeast Nebraska (the "Elk Creek Project") that is expected to produce niobium, scandium, and titanium.
