Cologne, 27 October 2025 – Dr. Beckmann Group, a manufacturer of highly effective specialist laundry care, stain removal, and household cleaning products, will be drawing on q.beyond’s consulting and IT services to modernise its IT. Following in-depth analysis and a thorough review of the existing IT landscape, Dr. Beckmann Group and q.beyond have developed a comprehensive strategy to modernise IT at the family company, which is owner-run in the fourth generation and has its main location in Egelsbach near Frankfurt (Main).

Dr. Beckmann Group is thus pursuing its overriding objective of acting with even greater speed and agility in the market and further expanding its position.

IT strategy roadmap for more business

“Having a modern IT landscape that is fit for the future is a crucial factor as we work to successfully implement our global growth strategy. Together with q.beyond’s IT consultants, we have developed an IT strategy roadmap for this”, comments Bernd Müller, Head of Global IT at Dr. Beckmann Group. “We already gained a good impression of q.beyond in projects conducted in recent years in the SAP environment. Now, we are working together to gradually tackle further IT projects involving the cloud and applications.”

In its IT strategy workshops, q.beyond works jointly with its customers to subject their current IT landscapes to detailed analysis. The goals of these workshops include optimising business processes, cutting costs, and generating competitive advantages driven by cutting-edge IT infrastructures.

Specifically, in a first stage the companies now plan to introduce additional SAP features and in particular to further modernise IT operations. The foundation will be provided by establishing an Azure Landing Zone, into which Dr. Beckmann Group can then gradually transfer various core applications.
