Stakeholder Extends Closing Date for Private Placement

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 10, 2025) - Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) ("Stakeholder" or the "Company") announces that the Company is extending the closing date of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (October 10, 2025) from November 10^th, 2025 (the "Private Placement") until November 18^th, 2025.

All terms of the Private Placement remain unchanged. Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance exploration on the Company's Ballarat Exploration Project in the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory, Canada, and to develop the Company's exotic stone quartzite business in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
