Financial Results

During the three-month period ended September 30, 2025 Seabridge posted a net loss of $32.3 million ($0.32 per share) compared to a net loss of $27.6 million ($0.31 per share) for the same period last year. During the 3^rd quarter, Seabridge invested $52.9 million in mineral interests, compared to $28.1 million during the same period last year. At September 30, 2025, net working capital was $83.2 million compared to $37.8 million at December 31, 2024.

Seabridge holds a 100% interest in several North American gold projects. Seabridge's assets include the KSM and Iskut projects located in Northwest British Columbia, Canada's "Golden Triangle", the Courageous Lake project located in Canada's Northwest Territories, the Snowstorm project in the Getchell Gold Belt of Northern Nevada and the 3 Aces project located in the Yukon Territory.
