Malaga Financial Corporation Announces Special Year End 2025 Stock Dividend in Addition to First Quarter 2026 Cash Dividend

PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif., Nov. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Malaga Financial Corporation (OTCIQ:MLGF). Malaga Financial Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors had declared a special 5% stock dividend on the company’s common stock outstanding, payable on or about December 31, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2025. The dividend will be issued in the form of additional shares of common stock. Cash will be issued in lieu of fractional shares. Additionally, a quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents was declared payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2025, to be paid on or about January 2, 2026. Randy C.
