Evolve Announces November 2025 Distributions for UltraYield ETFs and Certain Evolve Funds

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 17, 2025) - Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve") is pleased to announce the distribution amounts per unit (the "Distributions") for certain funds (the "UltraYield ETFs" and "Evolve Funds"), as indicated in the tables below.

The ex-dividend dates and record dates for the Distributions of UltraYield ETFs including the Evolve US Equity UltraYield ETF (TSX: BIGY) ("BIGY") and Evolve Canadian Equity UltraYield ETF (TSX: CANY) ("CANY"), are anticipated to be November 28, 2025, and December 15, 2025. Unitholders of UltraYield ETFs on record date will receive cash distributions payable on or about December 5, 2025, and December 22, 2025, respectively.

The ex-dividend date and record date for the Distributions of Evolve Funds including the High Interest Savings Account Fund (Cboe CA: HISA) ("HISA"), US High Interest Savings Account Fund (TSX: HISU.U) ("HISU.U"), Premium Cash Management Fund (TSX: MCAD) ("MCAD") and US Premium Cash Management Fund (TSX: MUSD.U) ("MUSD.U") is anticipated to be November 25, 2025. For the Distributions for all other Evolve Funds, the ex-dividend date and record date is anticipated to be November 28, 2025. Unitholders of Evolve Funds on record date will receive cash distributions payable on or about December 5, 2025.
