EPH Group AG (“EPH”) was informed today that Baden-Wuerttembergische Wertpapierboerse GmbH has approved the application for the listing of all of its 1,000,000 no-par value shares (ISIN AT0000A34DM3, WKN A3EGG4) on the open market of the Baden-Württemberg Stock Exchange (Stuttgart Stock Exchange). The first trading day for EPH shares on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange will be November 19, 2025. The listing on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange is replacing the original plan to include EPH shares on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The planned acquisition of three more hotel projects through a capital increase in kind, which is linked to the stock market listing of the shares, is still in progress. Any relevant developments in this acquisition process will be announced separately.
