Today, as part of the implementation of the cash capital increase (ad hoc announcement of 17 November 2025 https://fox-em.com/newsfeed/adhoc/887958411/ ), the increase of the company's share capital from EUR 732,893.00 to EUR 1,044,210.00 was registered in the Commercial Register. The 311,317 new shares subscribed by the shareholders are expected to be credited to their securities accounts starting 8 December 2025 and will also be tradable on the same day on the open market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange and the secondary markets in Berlin and Hamburg under the existing ISIN DE000A40ZV71.
The Management Board is postponing the announcement scheduled for 3 December 2025, until the end of next week.
