ESPG AG signs loan documentation with HYPO NOE – another financing success and an important step for three science parks
Cologne, December 15, 2025 – The European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, has agreed a comprehensive financing package of more than EUR
32 million with HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG, thereby securing the long-term financing of a significant part of its portfolio. HYPO NOE Landesbank is one of
Austria’s most established lending institutions, highly active in the German market, and a long-standing financing partner of ESPG AG.
The financing focuses on science parks that specialise in high-growth research companies. A key group of tenants operates in the aerospace sector, with another concentration in clinical
research. In doing so, ESPG AG underlines its strategy of systematically expanding and further developing locations with a strong focus on technology and research.
