ESPG Receives Refinancing Commitment from Volksbank Magdeburg eG for ONE ONE Magdeburg Cologne, 17 December 2025 – The European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, has received a commitment for the refinancing of ONE ONE Magdeburg. The financing will be provided by Volksbank Magdeburg eG and marks another important milestone for ESPG in broadening its circle of financing partners. The ONE ONE property comprises around 4,640 square metres of lettable space and is predominantly leased to educational institutions. With its focus on the education sector, the property strengthens Magdeburg as a hub for science and innovation while aligning seamlessly with ESPG’s thematically focused portfolio. “The refinancing commitment from Volksbank Magdeburg is a major success for us and a clear sign of the confidence local banks place in our strategy,” says Ralf Nöcker, Member of the Management Board of ESPG AG. “With ONE ONE we are refinancing a highly sought-after asset that fits perfectly with our focus on research- and knowledge-oriented real estate.
