Science Park CAMPTEQ: ESPG signed new lease with DMSZ

Cologne, 9 January 2026 – The European Science Park Group (“ESPG”), a real estate company specialising in science parks, signed a new lease at Science Park CAMPTEQ in Griesheim near Darmstadt. The new tenant is Deutsche Managementsystem Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH (“DMSZ”), a leading accredited certification body for management systems. The lease covers approximately 800 square metres. With this agreement, the positive leasing momentum at Science Park CAMPTEQ continues; the site comprises a total lettable area of around 13,500 square metres.

Markus Drews, Member of the Management Board of ESPG AG, comments on the new lease: “The lease to DMSZ underlines the attractiveness of Science Park CAMPTEQ as a location for knowledge-intensive and demanding businesses. Through targeted investments, we have consistently developed the site into a science park over recent years. The decision by an established certification company such as DMSZ to locate at CAMPTEQ confirms our usage concept and the strategic positioning of the site. We will continue on this path and remain committed to ongoing investment in the further development of the location.”

As part of the refurbishment works, the leased areas were comprehensively modernised, including flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, sanitary installations and kitchen facilities. In addition, a fully accessible WC with shower was installed, also catering to the needs of employees who commute by bicycle.

Science Park CAMPTEQ is evolving into a central science and technology hub in the heart of Griesheim. The site offers flexible office and commercial space for companies from research, high-tech and other knowledge-intensive sectors. Proximity to TU Darmstadt, excellent transport links and integration into a dynamic economic region provide attractive conditions for growth and innovation.
