DeepMarkit Nominates HIVE Digital CEO Aydin Kilic for Election to Board of Directors

If the nomination is approved by shareholders at the AGSM, Mr. Kilic will bring extensive experience in digital asset infrastructure, public company leadership, and capital markets—expertise directly relevant to DeepMarkit's growth strategy and the continued development of Prospect Prediction Markets Inc.
