Bocana Resources Corp. Extends Letter of Intent on Arizona Mining Claims for Additional Due Diligence Review

CALGARY, AB / ACCESS Newswire / January 20, 2026 / Bocana Resources Corp. (TSXV:BOCA)(Frankfurt:VC1) ("Bocana" or the "Company"), further to the press release dated August 5, 2025, August 18, 2025, September 4, 2025, and October 6, 2025, in connection with the due diligence efforts of the Company, LP Associates, LLC ("LPA") has agreed to provide Bocana with an additional thirty (30) day time period to the previously extended Letter of Intent ("LOI"). This provides Bocana with sufficient time to receive results back from the expanded sampling and assaying of ore material within the 1,440 acres of the U.S. Bureau of Land Management placer mining claims owned by LPA. The additional sampling and assay analysis work has been completed, and final results are pending.

All other terms and conditions of the original Letter of Intent remain the same.
