VerticalScope to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results

VerticalScope Holdings Inc. ("VerticalScope" or the “Company”) (TSX: FORA; OTCQX: VFORF) announced today that the Company's fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results will be released after the market close on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

Management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the Company's financial results at 8:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
