ESPG enters into long-term lease agreement with the Helmsauer Organization in Minden
Cologne, 19 February 2026 – European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, welcomes the Helmsauer Organization as a new long-term tenant at the
POWERHUB Science Park in Minden. The lease agreement has a term of five years and covers approximately 1,000 square metres of lettable space. In addition, Helmsauer has been granted a pre-letting
right for a further 350 square metres. Upon exercise of this option, the property would once again be fully let.
Markus Drews, Member of the Management Board of ESPG AG, commented: “With the Helmsauer Organization, an established and forward-looking tenant is moving into the POWERHUB Science Park.
This lease agreement confirms the successful development of the site into a modern and flexibly usable office and working environment. Helmsauer enhances the tenant mix in Minden with an
internationally active company that brings strong industry expertise and a long-term perspective.”
The POWERHUB Science Park in Minden offers modern and flexible office space in a professional setting. With this letting, ESPG consistently continues the successful transformation of the site
into a multi-tenant location, thereby strengthening the sustainable use and long-term positioning of the science park.
The Helmsauer Organization is a successful owner-managed corporate group headquartered in Nuremberg. The family has been active in the insurance sector since 1963. With a strong focus on
healthcare, construction and industry, the Helmsauer Organization provides tailored insurance brokerage solutions. With around 100 employees across Germany, the organization is one of the largest
owner-managed brokerage firms in the country—now also represented in Minden.
