(TSXV: NFG) (NYSE American: NFGC) ("New Found Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has filed its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, the related Management's Discussion and Analysis, and its Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2025 (together, the "2025 Annual Documents"), with Canadian securities regulators and the annual report on Form 40-F (the "Form 40-F"), which includes the 2025 Annual Documents as appendices, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
