Alexandra Dambeck to leave Springer Nature
Springer Nature’s CFO to leave the company by the end of 2026.
Berlin | London | New York, 1 April 2026
Alexandra Dambeck has decided to step down from her role as Chief Financial Officer of Springer Nature and as a member of the Management Board to pursue a new external opportunity.
Alexandra’s specific end date in Q4 will be confirmed in due course and she will remain in her role until then. The process of selecting and appointing a successor is underway.
Frank Vrancken Peeters, CEO, said:
“I have very much enjoyed working with Alexandra and would like to thank her for her commitment, professionalism and dedication throughout her time at Springer Nature, including during our successful IPO. I wish her the very best in her future endeavours.”
