GoGold Achieves Major Milestone: Final Remaining Permits Secured and Construction Approved for Los Ricos South Underground Mine

(TSX: GGD) (OTCQX: GLGDF) ("GoGold", "the Company") is pleased to announce a transformative milestone: that the Mexican Federal Environmental Department ("SEMARNAT") has granted all permits and approvals required from SEMARNAT to construct the Los Ricos South ("LRS") bulk tonnage underground mine (the "Project") located in Jalisco State, Mexico.

The Company's board of directors has approved a construction decision to begin construction of the Project, which is anticipated to take 24 months from commencement until first pour.
