(NYSE American: SRXH) (the "Company") and EMJ Crypto Technologies ("EMJX"), a digital-asset treasury operating platform with which the Company has entered into a definitive merger agreement, today announced acquiring 4.99% of Smartkem, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMTK), a leader in advanced materials, through a shelf take down. In conjunction with the 4.99% of equity, the Company has also purchased convertible preferred securities through a non-brokered private placement.
