Avnet to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2026 Earnings on August 5 and to Hold Annual Shareholder Meeting on November 20

Avnet’s Board has also scheduled the Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Friday, November 20, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Phoenix, Arizona time.
