NSJ Gold Corp. (NSJ) (9PZ) Announces Closing of Over-Subscribed Financing for Exploration and Development on its Antimony 2.0 Property, New Brunswick, Canada

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 13, 2026) - NSJ Gold Corp. (CSE: NSJ) (FSE: 9PZ) (the "Company" or "NSJ") announces final closing of over-subscribed financing. NSJ closed the Flow-Thru financing and raised $1,575,000 and issued 5,250,000 shares at $0.30 per share. NSJ also closed the final tranche of the hard dollar financing and raised $200,000 and issued 666,667 shares at $0.30 per share. All shares issued have a 4 month hold period.

The net proceeds received from the Offering will be used by the Company for exploration and development activities on its Antimony 2.0 Property and general working capital.
