Gaming Nation Inc. ("Gaming Nation" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FAN) reported today that it has accepted the resignation of John Kennedy Fitzgerald from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately.

Due to time commitments, Mr. Fitzgerald, President/CEO of The Intertain Group Limited, is unable to continue to serve on the board. The Board would like to thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him the best of luck with his future endeavors.

Gaming Nation will immediately begin a search for a replacement to Mr. Fitzgerald.
