In the period from 20 June 2017 until 26 June 2017 Van Lanschot Kempen has repurchased 12,000 of its own shares. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €24.44 per share for a total
amount of €293,307.
These repurchases are part of the share buy-back programme for at most 150,000 of own shares, which was announced on 7 June 2017. The total number of shares repurchased to date is 21,100.
Van Lanschot Kempen has asked its intermediary ING not to make any repurchases under the share buy-back programme on 27, 28, 29 and 30 June, in connection with the preparation of the half-year
financial statements of Van Lanschot NV and F. van Lanschot Bankiers NV.
