JOST Werke AG ("JOST") has set the final offer price in connection with its private placement (the "Private Placement") at EUR 27.00 per share. The JOST shares will be traded from 20 July 2017 on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse).

In total, 4,875,000 newly issued ordinary bearer shares from a capital increase and 2,575,000 existing ordinary bearer shares from the holdings of JOST's existing shareholder have been placed with institutional investors in the Private Placement. In addition, 1,117,500 ordinary bearer shares have been made available from the holdings of JOST's existing shareholder in connection with an over-allotment.

The free float following the private placement amounts to approximately 57.5% (assuming full exercise of greenshoe option) of JOST's share capital. Based on the final offer price the market capitalization at admission amounts to approximately EUR 402 million.
