Euler Hermes Rating bestätigt Hörmann Industries Rating mit BB Hamburg (ots) - Die Euler Hermes Rating GmbH bestätigt das Rating der Hörmann Industries GmbH mit BB. Innerhalb der nächsten zwölf Monate erwartet die Agentur eine stabile Entwicklung des Ratings.

Das Geschäftsrisiko der Hörmann Industries GmbH schätzen die Analysten unverändert als erhöht ein. Hierfür sprechen nach Meinung von Euler Hermes Rating im Geschäftsfeld Automotive die hohe Zyklik der Nutzfahrzeugproduktion, die regionale Fokussierung auf den eu-ropäischen Markt sowie die Abhängigkeit von einzelnen Kunden im Lkw- und Landmaschinenbereich. Im Bereich Engineering geht die Agentur aufgrund der Konjunkturabhängigkeit und des hohen Gewichts einzelner Großprojekte ebenfalls von erhöhten Geschäftsrisiken aus. In den Geschäftsfeldern Communication und Services bewertet Euler Hermes Rating die Risiken aufgrund des überwiegenden
Dienstleistungscharakters als moderat bis leicht erhöht.

Das Finanzrisiko bewertet die Agentur weiterhin als moderat. Die Finanzkennzahlen konnten dabei aufgrund der Übernahme weiterer Anteile an der Funkwerk AG sowie der Sachkapitalerhöhung durch die mehrheitliche Einbringung der VacuTec Messtechnik GmbH wie erwartet verbessert werden. Aus Sicht von Euler Hermes Rating stellt sich die Ertragskraft der Hörmann Industries GmbH als schwach befriedigend dar. Die Kapitalstruktur und die finanzielle Flexibilität bewertet die Agentur als gut. Für das laufende Jahr erwarten die Analysten eine vorübergehende Abschwächung der Ertragskraft infolge von Aufwendungen und Investitionen im Zusammenhang mit der Inbetriebnahme eines Werkes in der Slowakei und der verstärkten Automatisierung der Werke in Deutschland.

Die Hörmann Industries GmbH bündelt als Obergesellschaft eines Teilkonzerns der Hörmann Holding GmbH & Co. KG die operativen Tochterunternehmen in den Geschäftsbereichen Automotive, Engineering, Communication und Services. Umsatzstärkster Bereich ist das Segment Automotive, das die Fertigung von metallischen Komponenten, Modulen und Systemen für Nutzfahrzeuge umfasst. Im Geschäftsjahr 2016 erwirtschaftete die Hörmann Industries GmbH mit durchschnittlich 2.707 Mitarbeitern einen Konzernumsatz von EUR 464,6 Mio.
