Ja, dass die Kornferry anheuern und dann ein board member nehmen riecht doch schon wieder nach Gemauschel….
Habe das letzte Jahrzent schon einiges mit Arafura erlebt,

More like, step 1 complete. And now new blood with required skills for the next stage. This is generally how projects that have progress, move as they reach each milestone. Im not denying your idea. But it is standard practice.
@Durro I think it means step 1 is done. We should be reading it as a good sign… ie finance is behind us.

Klingt so, als ob deshalb seit Monaten Stillstand herrscht und der Abgang von Gavin schon vor der unsäglichen KE feststand. Schon krass, wer wusste davon und hat diese Insiderinformation wie genutzt? Man bezahlt vier Monate lang eine teure Consultantfirma für eine aufwändige CEO-Suche und die findet dann jemanden vor der Nase im Board?
Naja, jetzt kriegt der Neue 700.000 im Jahr ohne Boni und kann zeigen, dass er es nicht schlechter kann als Gavin (sofern das möglich ist).

Ich hab tatsächlich mehrmals Gavin angeschrieben in den letzten Jahren, wenn wir wieder mal nicht mitmachen durften. Aber konnte dann im deutlich günstiger einkaufen.

Ich bin mal gespannt, was dabei rauskommt.
Im Nachgang zum letzten Briefing hatte ich auch einige Fragen an Gavin direkt gerichtet. Er hat dann offensichtlich Amy aufgefordert, meine Fragen zu beantworten. Leider war das nur Bullshit Bingo.
Immerhin hat Gavin sich tatsächlich anschliessend nochmal bei mir erkundigt, ob ich eine Rückmeldung erhalten habe
Ich glaube daher aber, dass mündlich adressierte Fragen in dem Call eher verwertbare und interpretierbare Aussagen provozieren. Und sei es nur die Art und Weise, wie sie beantwortet werden oder weil sich jemand "verplappert"

Das ARU-Management scheint sich mit seiner Hinhaltetaktik
der letzten 20 Jahre durchaus wohlzufühlen. Gehälter kommen,
die KE`s laufen durch (egal zu welchem Preis), ein bisschen Trouble
mit Altaktionären (dafür werden sie entlohnt), ansonsten meistens Homeoffice.
Schade, nach der nicht erfolgten FID 2022 ist hier doch sehr, sehr viel Vertrauen verloren gegangen.
