Publication of a transparency notification
(Article 14, first paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings)

La Hulpe (Belgium), May 10 2024, 6.00 p.m. CET – Regulated Information – Unifiedpost Group (Euronext: UPG) (Unifiedpost, the Group or the Company) has received a transparency notification from NN Group NV (NN Group) dated May 7, 2024. This transparency notification indicates that NN Group (through subsidiaries), as a result of passive crossing of a threshold, now holds 14,60% of the voting rights of the Company. NN Group has thus crossed in a downward way the threshold of 15%.
