That's always my thinking. I am sure, FINRA is the wrong institution, to decide about such things. FINRA is laughing, I guess, what Ray is doing. So let's stay tuned, I don't see any end in the dilution and resplitting maschine. The reincorporation is a good way to circumwent any prohibition, the effect will be the same.
