So gestern griff dann mein Nachkauf bei 0,185 CAD. Jetzt hätte ich noch Luft für nen Schnapper, nachdem das letzte finale Geldeinsammeln verkündet wird

Und dann ab zum Undergroundmining bei Copper > 4 bzw. eher Richtung 5 USD

Kupfer hat natürlich auf der Nachfrageseite Angst vor einer konjunkturellen Abschwächung Chinas.

Auf der Angebotsseite sieht es in Chile gerade nicht so rosig aus mit der Kupferproduktion:
Copper output at Chile's Codelco fell to 1.4 million metric tons in 2023, down 8.3% from 2022 and its lowest since 1998 (CapIQ) – The state-owned mining company has been struggling with falling ore grades and project delays.

Wenn ich mir den Kurs allerdings so anschaue, dann würde ich mal vermuten - ähnlich wie es auf ceo.ca auch schon spekuliert wurde - dass man hier wohl nochmals mit einem CR rechnen muss.

Kupfer hat zwar auch Federn gelassen und das ist für nen Produzenten natürlich nicht gut, aber die allgemeine Schwäche hält schon paar Tage an. Das war nie ein gutes Zeichen, zumal in letzter Zeit auch immer News mit

"alles läuft planmäßig"

über den Ticker liefern.

Ich halte mal noch etwas Cash zurück, werde aber auch versuchen zu aktuellen Kursen ne kleine weitere Schippe zu nehmen...

Weiterhin hier high-risk auf aktuellem Niveau solange man keine Wasserstandsmeldungen hinsichtlich der Betriebswirtschaft erhält, also ob man aktuell profitabel agiert und hoffentlich auf ein weiteres Raise verzichten kann.

Da gab es ja schon ein oder zwei mal hier ne etwas böse Überraschung. Schau mer mal!

GEIL - Silver Hill Spin Off

TORONTO — February 14, 2024 — Trigon Metals Inc. (TSX-V: TM) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an arrangement agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Safi Silver Corp. (“ Spinco ”), to undertake a spin-out transaction that would reorganize the business and capital structure of the Company to
spin out its assets in Morocco, namely the Silver Hill Project, to the shareholders of Trigon.

The proposed spin-out transaction will be completed by way of a plan of arrangement under section 192 of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “ Proposed Arrangement ”).

Pursuant to the Proposed Arrangement, it is anticipated that Trigon will distribute to the Trigon Shareholders, on a pro rata basis:
(i) all of the outstanding shares in the capital of Spinco (the “ Spinco Common Shares ”), and
(ii) new common shares in the capital of Trigon (the “ New Trigon Shares ”), in exchange for the common shares of Trigon held by the Trigon Shareholders (the “ Trigon Shares ”).

The Proposed Arrangement remains conditional on the approval of the Trigon Shareholders at the annual general and special meeting (the “ Meeting ”), the TSX Venture Exchange and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List). Additionally, completion of the Proposed Arrangement is conditional upon, among other things, completion of a concurrent financing of Spinco (the “ Concurrent Financing ”), and conditional approval for listing the Spinco Common Shares on a recognized Canadian stock exchange (the “ Stock Exchange Listing ”).

It is intended that, as part of the Proposed Arrangement, the Trigon Shareholders will receive one New Trigon Share and 0.5 Spinco Common Shares in exchange for each Trigon Share held immediately prior to completion of the Proposed Arrangement.

The Proposed Arrangement will allow Trigon and Spinco to each access the sources of capital best suited for operational stage and exploration stage mining assets, respectively, and to otherwise achieve operational efficiencies.

Additional details of the Proposed Arrangement will be provided in a management information circular that will be mailed to Trigon Shareholders prior to the Meeting. At the Meeting, Trigon Shareholders will be asked to vote on a special resolution approving the Proposed Arrangement, and on other matters.

China's Nonferrous Metals Industry Association (CNIA) has advised copper smelters to cut production and postpone new projects amid tightening raw material supplies. The world's top copper consumer has recently been hit by unexpectedly tight supplies of copper concentrate.

LME copper stocks have dropped notably from ~190kt in October to under 150kt currently. A lot of cancelled warrants waiting to be moved out too. This is a very counter-cyclical trend. LME stocks should be rising at this time of year as China slows down for Chinese New Year.

Wenn ich auf den 3 Jahreschart schaue, dann kommen bei mir als ersten Gedanken in die Richtung auf, wann erfährt das UN ein entsprechendes Rerating aufgrund der Transformation vom Explorer zum Producer?!

Börse und Zukunft und so... die letzten Meldungen, explizit die gestern von Dirk...

Ist das irgend eine Börsenfloskel? Gefühlt konnte ich das bei keinem der UN, wo ich investiert bin, wirklich ausmachen.

Dass man sich bei entsprechend positiver Entwicklung nicht langfristig performanceseitig einem Sog nach oben entziehen kann, steht zumindest für mich außer Frage. Allerdings werde ich mir da mal ein Memo basteln, was in die Richtung geht:

"Du kannst dir die Entwicklung von UN, die den Produzentenstatus erreichen ganz in Ruhe anschauen und bei positiven Anzeichen sukzessive und in kleinen Tranchen einkaufen. Aber immer mit Bedacht und genügend Cash in der Hinterhand, falls es wieder einmal zu begründeten oder auch unbegründeten Rückschlägen im Aktienkurs kommt"

Spätestens mit den ersten positiven/inline-befindlichen Produktionszahlen erwarte ich einen ersten signifikanten Upmove. Manifestiert sich das dann die darauffolgenden 2-3 Quartale sollte der Kurs schon irgendwo in der Region von 50-60 CadCent stehen. Alles andere wäre wirklich sehr erstaunlich. Allerdings muss man halt auch irgendwelche Rückschläge mit auf dem Zettel haben (Unfälle, Stillstände wegen Störungen, ...).

Da ich meine Posi grundsätzlich voll habe, sich diese mit ca. 20% im Plus befindet, bin ich hier vorerst aber mal noch ganz entspannt...
