Teil 1:
Teil 2:

While it’s become fashionable in recent days to declare the stock market to be forming a bubble, few have bothered to indicate which individual stocks are most vulnerable to popping.
That’s a major oversight, since not all stocks will suffer equally if and when the market crashes. When the Internet bubble deflated in 2000, for example, some market sectors—such as so-called small-cap value—actually made money while highflying dot-com stocks were crushed.
To help identify the bubble stocks most likely to crash, I turned to a study that appears this month in The Review of Financial Studies. Entitled “The Dynamics of Disagreement,” the study was conducted by three finance professors:

Abstract
We infer how the estimates of firm value by "optimists" and "pessimists" evolve in response to information shocks by examining returns and disagreement measures for portfolios of short-sale constrained stocks which have experienced large gains or large losses. Our analysis suggests the presence of two groups, one of which overreacts to new information and remains biased over about five years, and a second group which underreacts and whose expectations are unbiased after about one year. Our results have implications for the belief dynamics that underly the momentum and long-term reversal effect.
Keywords: disagreement, differences of opinion, short-sale constraints, momentum, long-term reversal, mispricing persistence

zweimal taucht darin das Wort Crash auf:
Recent work by Greenwood, Shleifer, and You (2019) shows sharp price increases of industries, along with certain characteristics of this run-up, help forecast the probability of crashes and thereby help identify and time a bubble.
