    Forsee Power (FR0014005SB3 – FORSE), the expert in intelligent battery systems for light and heavy electric vehicles, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joel Theut – an American citizen – to support its continued growth and strengthen its position in the global market for sustainable electromobility.

    As Chief Technical and Operations Officer, Joel Theut joins the Company's Executive Committee and will lead all operations, innovation, R&D and supply chain activities. He will bring to the Group more than 30 years of international experience (United States, United Kingdom, China, and South Korea) in product development, project management, operations, and business development in the automotive and batteries sectors.

    Before joining Forsee Power, Joel Theut was Vice President of Operations, Quality and Health Safety Environment (HSE) at the automotive supplier Webasto for the Asia-Pacific region. While leading the post-merger integration of a joint venture acquired in South Korea, he was responsible for the establishment, development, industrialization and launch of several vehicle battery assembly plants in South Korea. Additionally, Joel had overall responsibility for regional operations, quality, health and safety, including the construction and ramp-up of other industrial sites in China, Japan, South Korea, in India and Thailand.

    Within Forsee Power, Joel's mission will be to consolidate an agile international organization in the countries where Forsee Power operates, optimizing synergies and global flexibility.
