This award symbolizes ESRT’s outstanding achievements and dedication to tenants, the industry, and New York City.

“We are thrilled and honored to receive the prestigious BOMA Grand Pinnacle Award,” said Diane Fields, vice president of property management at the Empire State Building. “This award affirms ESRT’s steadfast commitment to excellent tenant experiences as we continue to prioritize building management and innovation.”

As a leader in the industry, ESRT ensures that the Empire State Building outperforms its peers and maintains its best-in-class results in energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and healthy buildings.
