Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) announced that the world-famous Empire State Building received three prestigious awards which showcase ESRT’s dedication to exemplary tenant experience; modernized, amenity-rich properties; and a world-class brand. The 2023 BOMA Grand Pinnacle Award, 2023 BOMA Earth Award, and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Landmark of the Year Award were given to the “World’s Most Famous Building” for outstanding achievement in building management, sustainability, and community contributions.

The Grand Pinnacle Award is the highest recognition bestowed by the Building Owners and Managers Association for properties with premiere leadership and building management across all categories. This award symbolizes ESRT’s outstanding achievements and dedication to tenants, the industry, and New York City.
