AirBoss Announces Details for AGSM and Q1 2024 Results Timing

NEWMARKET, Ontario, April 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS) (OTCQX:ABSSF) (the “Company” or “AirBoss”) today announced details regarding its upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), to be held on Thursday, May 9^th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The Company intends to issue its first quarter 2024 earnings results prior to the Meeting on Wednesday, May 8^th, 2024.
