(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: QIPT; TSX: QIPT), a U.S. based home medical equipment provider, focused on end-to-end respiratory care, has filed and obtained a receipt for its final short form base shelf prospectus (the “Final Shelf Prospectus”) with the securities commissions in each of the provinces and territories of Canada, and a corresponding Amendment No. 2 to the Registration Statement on Form F-10 (File No. 333-276253) previously filed by the Company with the United States ‎Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 22, 2023 (the “Amended Registration Statement”), with the SEC under the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System‎.
